  • GymNasti Gymnastics Teams

    Students qualify for the GymNasti Team by advancing through the early levels and earning a coach's recommendation. GymNasti competes though the USA Gymnastics Program. The team follows all USA Gymnastics rules and regulations.

    Tuition does not include meet fees, uniform fees, or fees associated with competitions. Each child's advancement is determined through the United States Gymnastics Federation Guidelines and also by the GymNasti coaching staff. Please call for evaluation into our team program.

    Hot Shots - 4 Hours Weekly

    Training Team is the beginning road to competitive gymnastics, a developmental class towards the Level 4 / Pre-Team competition program. It places a higher emphasis on the development of consecutive skills and the progression towards competitive gymnastics.

    Training Team - 6 Hours Weekly

    Training Team is the middle road to competitive gymnastics, a developmental class towards the Level 4 / Pre-Team competition program. It places a higher emphasis on the development of consecutive skills and the progression towards competitive gymnastics.

    Level 4 / Pre-Team - 9 Hours Weekly

    Level 4 is a developmental class towards the Compulsory Level 5 competition program, with strong emphasis on the development of consecutive skills and progression towards competitive gymnastics.

    Compulsory Levels 5 & 6 - 16 Hours Weekly

    At the compulsory levels, students begin to learn routines and start their competitive experience. Ages vary as it's the only road to the more experienced level of gymnastics developed by the United States Gymnastics Association. Level 5 is the first stepping stone to higher level gymnastics.

    Optional Levels 7, 8, 9 & 10 - 20 Hours Weekly

    In order to compete at Levels 7-10, students must have achieved the qualifying all-around score. Students are required to train 6 days (20 hours total) per week and will sometimes travel to competitions.
