Please review the following GYMNASTICS CLASS descriptions and pricing information for our fall session. If you would like your child evaluated, please call us at (630)681-8400 for a skills evaluation. The following classes are all complete gymnastics classes. All new students, online or in person, must also fill out our form and bring it to their first session. Please download and print it by clicking here. Please also fill out this form if your contact information has changed.
A $30 registration fee required for all classes when you first join GymNasti. The fee is then paid each year on your anniversary date. The fee covers insurance which is mandatory for each gymnast.
All of our classes are taught by highly trained and experienced instructors at the college level and above. Each session has no fewer than 30 students moving levels due to skill achievement. Gymnastics is a great begining for any child to learn coordination, and body awareness at the youngest of ages. These skill will make for a more confident child. GymNasti has added so much to the program that you are guaranteed a lot of learning and a lot of fun! We teach all basic gymnastics skills in fun ways that are perfect for a preschooler to love! All motor skills, beginner tumbling skills, basic beam, bars and rings are introduced in this class. Join today and start your child with confidence!
Parent & Tots is a great way to introduce basic motor and body skills to help your child develop coordination, strenth and body awareness that is essential for further body development. This class is designed with great instruction and a perfect combination of movement and fun. Each parent stays with the child through this class that keeps moving! A great way for your child to start life with confidence!
Beginner classes are structured for children aged 5 and up, emphasizing the progression of all motor skills, and the introduction of basic skills on all Junior Olympic events, bars, floor, and vault. This is a great class to introduce the sport of gymnastics to your child while improving strength, flexibility and overall body confidence. Beginners are split into levels 1 and 2 based on ability and experience. Skills needed to advance to Advanced Beginner Girls level are: cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands, backbends, kickovers, all basic beam skills, and a pull-over on bars.
Schedule:
Advanced Beginner classes are designed for children aged 5 and up who have completed the skills taught in the Beginner class, emphasizing the progression from Beginner skills to Advanced Beginner skills on all Junior Olympic events. By this level, you and your student will have an understanding of gymnastics and overall body awareness. Skills needed to advance to the Intermediate level are: backwalkovers, flip flops, handstands, all beam skills in releve working cartwheels, and a pull-over and back hip circle on bars.
Intermediate classes are designed for children aged 5 and up who have completed the skills taught in the Advanced Beginner class, emphasizing the development of consecutive skills and progression towards competitive gymnastics. This is a developmental class towards a higher level of gymnastics or pre-team classes.All tumbling skills including a flip flop is required along with pull over and back hip circles on bars.
Beginner classes are structured for children aged 5 and up, emphasizing the progression of all motor skills, and the introduction of basic skills on all Junior Olympic events: high bar, rings, p-bars, floor, horse and vault. This is a great class to introduce the sport of gymnastics to your child while improving strength, flexibility and overall body confidence. Beginner boys are taught all basic skills on each of the events. Skills needed to advance to Advanced Beginner Boys are: cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands, and completion of the basic skills on each event.
Advanced Beginner Boys classes are designed for children aged 5 and up who have completed the skills taught in the Beginner class, emphasizing the progression from Beginner skills to Advanced Beginner skills on all Junior Olympic events. By this level, you and your student will have an understanding of gymnastics and overall body awareness. Skills needed to advance to the Junior boys level are: cartwheels, flip flops, handstands, all mid level skills in on all the boys Junior olympic events.
